  • What are co-pays?

A co-pay is a small, fixed amount (usually in the $10-$50 range) that the patient pays up front for medical services, and the insurance company covers the remaining balance. Co-pays can vary for different services under the same plan and are required to be paid at the time of service. To streamline future visits, we can save a credit card on file.

  • What is a deductible?

A deductible is a set amount the patient pays each year, before their health insurance benefits will start to cover the costs of services. Once the deductible has been met, patients typically pay a percentage of the total costs, known as coinsurance, for any covered services. Patients are usually required to pay coinsurance until they reach their out-of-pocket maximum for the year.

  • Can I pay with a flex spending card?

Yes, we accept all forms of payment including flex spending cards.

  • How can I pay my bill?

You may pay any outstanding bills with us via our Patient Portal, in person at one of our offices, or over the phone.

  • How do I change my PCP assigned by my insurance?

Changing to a new primary care doctor is typically an easy process of filling out a PCP change form. PCP change forms may be provided to you by our front desk staff. You may also call member services using the phone number on the back of your insurance card.
