Mental Health Support

Mental health treatment is essential in improving children’s well-being and emotional development. Addressing emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges early on is paramount to children learning strong coping mechanisms, and contributes to long-term positive outcomes, prevents potential developmental issues, and enhances children’s overall quality of life.

We have established a team of our pediatricians who have undergone additional training in mental health treatment, an initiative which aims to bridge the existing gap in mental health services, provide timely interventions, crucial support, and referrals to mental health specialists. As pediatricians, we understand that we are the primary point of contact for many families, and are well-positioned to play a pivotal role in the early detection and intervention of mental health issues.

If you would like to discuss mental health concerns, please contact your child’s pediatrician, who will facilitate a referral to our internal mental health team.

In case of a medical or mental health emergency, call 911 or go to your local ER.
