How did you get into pediatrics?
My brother was born with a congenital heart condition and I remember joining him for trips to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia as a child. The wonderful pediatric nurses and pediatricians made every visit such a positive experience. I always knew I wanted to become a pediatric nurse when I grew up so that I could have a similar impact on children. After working as a pediatric nurse, I decided to further my education and become a PNP so I could build more lasting relationships with my patients and their families to have a greater impact throughout their lives.

Where did you grow up?
Titusville, New Jersey

Where do you live now?
Jersey City, New Jersey

What do you look forward to most about working in your neighborhood office?
I am looking forward to providing care for the diverse patient population that this office serves and making an impact on the families in my neighborhood.

What keeps you motivated?
Healthcare is constantly evolving and this is even more significant in pediatrics. I love learning about new ways to support my patients whether it’s evidence-based homeopathic options or newly available technology.

What do you enjoy doing for fun?
I love going on long walks around my neighborhood listening to a podcast or audiobook.
